ELA Games has acquired a licence to operate in Greece, marking the latest step in the studio's ongoing European expansion.
The approval from the Hellenic Gaming Commission (HGC) enables Greek operators to offer the company's catalogue of online casino titles, while players in the market gain access to a mix of mythology-inspired and contemporary games.
The studio said the certification reinforces its commitment to regulatory compliance and responsible entertainment.
It follows a period of targeted content development for the region, with titles such as Cash of Gods and Wealth of Legends designed to reflect themes drawn from Greek mythology.
Additional releases including Flame Fruits Frenzy, Detective Fortune and Noble Crown are also now available to players in the jurisdiction.
ELA Games Managing Director, Marharyta Yerina, said: "Acquiring the Greek licence is a crucial step in our long-term growth strategy. Greece is a special market with a rich cultural history, so it's incredibly important that we deliver high-quality and rewarding content that resonates with the local player base."
The operator continues to build its presence across Europe, having recently secured entry into markets such as Sweden, Denmark and Serbia.
The regulatory backdrop in Greece has evolved notably in recent months. In October 2025, the Government confirmed it would introduce restrictions preventing under-16s from accessing social media and blocking under-18s from online gambling and other adult content.
The measures will be enforced via the Kids Wallet parental-control application, which verifies users' ages and automatically restricts prohibited platforms.
The initiative aligns with wider European Commission testing of digital age-verification systems across France, Spain, Denmark and Italy. Greece will be the first jurisdiction to implement the controls nationally once activated.
Earlier this year, the Hellenic Gaming Commission partnered with Mindway AI to launch Gamalyze, a self-assessment tool designed to help players identify potentially risky gambling behaviour
