Lucky World connected 13,651 lottery shops at the end of September, up 277% year-on-year
Lottery transaction value through the platform reached RMB2.1bn in the first nine months of 2026
Hui10 targets more than 20,000 connected shops and two million registered users by December

Hui10's Lucky World platform connected 13,651 lottery shops in China at the end of September 2026, up 277% year-on-year, according to a October 7 trading update from parent company Acceler8 Ventures.

Lottery transaction value processed through Lucky World reached RMB2.1bn ($313m) for the nine months to September, up 2,000%. The figure represents sales processed through the network. It is separate from Hui10's revenue.

Registered users rose 113% to 1.7 million, while the number of UGO UnionPay point-of-sale terminals increased 19% to 754.

For context, China's sports-lottery institutions sold RMB346.901bn in tickets from January to August, up 23.5%, according to the Ministry of Finance.

Hui10 began a wider rollout of Sports Lottery+ in September after deploying it in Hohhot, Inner Mongolia. The platform combines authorised physical lottery sales with payment, loyalty, commerce and digital engagement services.

Acceler8 Ventures plans to extend the model into additional provinces over the following six months.

An expanded relationship with China Mobile is another distribution route. In September, Jiangxi Sports Lottery approved a Sports Lottery+ launch inside China Mobile business halls and shops in Jiangxi Province.

Under the arrangement, China Mobile Jiangxi will market the service, while Hui10 will operate the authorised physical units and connected platform.

Acceler8 Ventures said a revised merchant app and shop-management system have simplified retailer onboarding. Cheaper QR-code and voice-notification equipment retain payment and customer-engagement functions.

Shop connections reached 90 per day in September.

Acceler8 Ventures aims to connect more than 20,000 Lucky World shops, install more than 1,000 UGO terminals and register more than two million users by December. It targets another 50,000 shops and 20,000 terminals by the end of 2027. These remain company targets.

Hui10 joined Acceler8 Ventures after its August transaction with Intuitive Investments Group. China's Ministry of Finance prohibits unauthorised online lottery sales. Acceler8 Ventures says paperless services remain subject to regulatory approval.

In July, Washington's Lottery agreed a Brightstar technology extension through 2036 that will replace around 6,000 retail terminals and vending machines. The project illustrates wider investment in physical lottery distribution.
