Station Casinos has entered into an incremental joinder agreement for a $500m term B loan, which will be used to “repay borrowings outstanding under its revolving credit facility, pay related fees and expenses and for general corporate purposes.”
The agreement was formed just days before Red Rock Resorts – the holding company of Station Casinos – is expected to unveil its financial results for the third quarter of 2026.

In early September, Station Casinos awarded more than $70m in Red Rock Resorts stock to nearly 10,000 employees as the Nevada operator concluded celebrations which helped mark its 50th anniversary.
Eligible full and part-time employees working for the operator – as of September 9 – received $1,000 in Red Rock Resorts Class A stock for each year of service.
Station Casinos also celebrated its 50th anniversary in Las Vegas with a new citywide brand campaign, having debuted at Palace Station on July 1 prior to a drones and fireworks show presented by the operator.
As part of the new campaign, Station Casinos unveiled a fresh logo for the operator’s brand, created to pay tribute to the company’s origins while also introducing a more contemporary design.
Founded by Frank Fertitta Jr. in 1976 as The Casino, the operator expanded into Bingo Palace before eventually becoming Palace Station in 1984.
