Argentinian Lotería de Río Negro has launched a scheme allowing sports clubs across the province to receive a share of Bingo sales, providing participating institutions with an additional source of revenue.
Under the program, players select a club when purchasing their cards for the Patagonia Telebingo Extraordinario. The institution then receives a commission on sales registered under its name.
Participation is managed through La Rionegrina Online, the lottery's official online platform, via an option called “Agencia Amiga”.
Jorge Manzo, Administrator of Lotería de Río Negro, said the initiative had been developed over several months and was intended to give clubs a way to generate their own income.
He added: “We have always supported clubs and provincial sports, but this time we wanted to reach them in a different way, by giving them a tool that lets them generate their own resources.”
He also said that the scheme was designed to direct part of the money generated through Telebingo sales towards the participating institutions, helping them meet their operating costs and support their athletes.
The lottery also linked the initiative to its efforts to promote legal and responsible gambling, encouraging participation through official and authorized channels.
The program was presented at a press conference at Lotería de Río Negro's drawing room. The event was attended by Manzo, Commercial Manager Nicolás Anallay, Games Manager Maximiliano Rossi and Yamila Becker, Administration Secretary at the Provincial Secretariat of Youth, Sports and Culture.
Río Negro has three authorized online gambling platforms: Casino del Río, Casino Club and La Rionegrina Online
