The Missouri Gaming Commission (MGC) has reported the state's total casino activity throughout November 2025, as revenue increased 3% year-over-year for a total of $158.6m.
Both slot machine and table game revenue also managed to increase by 3% for November 2025, accounting for $137.1m and $21.5m of the total monthly revenue reported by the MGC, respectively.
Ameristar St. Charles Casino generated the highest revenue of any property throughout November 2025, producing just over $24.3m for an increase of 5%.
Hollywood Casino St. Louis and River City Casino also eclipsed $20m in casino revenue for November 2025, reporting $20.9m and $21.8m, respectively, for growth of 8% and 4%.
The largest increase in casino revenue from the prior year period stemmed from Horseshoe St. Louis, which rose 12% for a November 2025 total of nearly $12.8m.
Harrah's Kansas City managed to generate a 4% increase in casino revenue to $13.8m, while Bally's Kansas City produced $10.6m of revenue and grew 3%.
Mark Twain Casino, Isle of Capri Boonville and St. Jo Frontier Casino were the remaining properties to witness a rise in casino revenue year-over-year, increasing 6%, 3% and 2%, respectively, for November 2025 totals of $2.7m, $7.6m and $3.9m.
Argosy Casino was one of only four Missouri properties to report a decrease in casino revenue, having fallen 3% to $13.2m. Century Casino Caruthersville generated just over $5m of revenue but decreased 5%, while the operator's Cape facility fell 6% to $5.9m.
Ameristar Kansas City was unable to replicate similar success to its St. Charles counterpart, having generated close to $16m in casino revenue, representing a decrease of 2%.
The St. Charles property also led all Missouri casinos in table game revenue for November 2025 following an 11% increase to $4.5m, and barely beat out River City Casino for the most slot machine revenue at $19.8m, equating to growth of 4%. River City Casino's slot machine revenue for November 2025 grew 6% to $19.3m.
MGC Executive Director Mike Leara confirmed Underdog Fantasy will no longer be entering the state's new sports betting market on December 1, instead focusing expansion to where prediction markets have not yet been regulated in the US
