Altenar has confirmed a new partnership with Brazilian sports betting operator Brasil da Sorte, under which it will provide its fully managed sportsbook technology to support the operator's next stage of development in the local market.
Brasil da Sorte entered Brazil's regulated betting sector during its first wave of licensing and has been operating for approximately one year.
The operator has now upgraded its sportsbook infrastructure to Altenar's platform, gaining access to a suite of betting features, risk management tools and compliance controls designed for regulated environments.
The integration has been delivered through Cometa's player account management platform, enabling Brasil da Sorte to connect Altenar's sportsbook technology within its existing operational framework.
Altenar said the arrangement allows for customised betting markets and centralised management across compliance, trading and player activity.
Brazil represents a key growth market for international sportsbook suppliers following the introduction of a formal licensing regime and new regulatory requirements. The market has attracted significant operator investment, particularly in marketing and brand positioning.
Recent analysis of Brazilian football sponsorships showed that betting operators now account for 18 of the 20 lead shirt sponsorships in Série A, with total deal values rising 125% between 2023 and 2025 to BR1.117bn.
Industry analysts have linked this surge in spending to the highly competitive nature of the Brazilian market, where product differentiation is limited and visibility plays a central role in player acquisition. Against this backdrop, technology suppliers have increasingly focused on scalable, compliance ready platforms that can support operators seeking to establish long term positions.
Altenar has been active in Brazil following regulation, announcing a series of local partnerships aimed at supporting licensed operators with sportsbook technology tailored to the country's requirements.
Brasil da Sorte said the partnership is intended to strengthen its sportsbook offering and provide the operational support required to scale across Brazil, while maintaining regulatory alignment and responsible betting standards.
Brazil's betting market has seen accelerated marketing activity in football, with brands such as Betano and Superbet expanding campaigns across domestic leagues and international competitions
