Sightline Payments has introduced a new financial ecosystem for operators across the US, utilizing i2c's processing platform and Cross River Bank's technology infrastructure to streamline spending and wagering while "significantly" reducing operator payment costs.

"This initiative is a pivotal moment for the gaming industry, providing a more efficient, secure and customer-centric experience for millions of customers and operators alike," i2c Founder and CEO Amir Wain said.

"We are incredibly proud to support Sightline Payments and Cross River Bank in launching this groundbreaking payments ecosystem and look forward to continuing this journey together, driving further advancements and setting new benchmarks for the future of payments."

The new ecosystem attempts to offer a more "adaptive approach" to transaction authorization, as well as provide greater security and efficiency through a debit card issued by Cross River.

"Sightline Debit reflects our vision for smarter payments, and with i2c as processor, we can bring customers a solution that is innovative, secure and designed for responsible play," Sightline Co-Founder and CEO Omer Sattar said.

"This collaborative partnership ensures we continue to empower the gaming industry with real transformation at scale."

Sightline renewed its exclusive agreement with i2c in March 2024 for an additional 10 years, and has been collaborating with the financial technology provider since 2012.

Cross River Head of Fintech Banking Adam Goller also commented on the new partnership, having said, "Cross River's collaboration with Sightline Payments and i2c represents a significant leap forward in reimagining payments for the gaming industry.

"Together, we are powering a first-of-its-kind ecosystem that promises to bring greater flexibility and efficiency and a more empowered financial experience to customers."

According to Sightline, the first rollout phase for its new financial ecosystem is already underway in "key digital gaming markets."
