The regulator noted that it continues systematic efforts to remove illegal gambling advertising from online platforms.
At present, municipal authorities can refuse permission for gambling venues in areas such as near schools and kindergartens, while proposed changes could allow them to designate additional restricted areas.
The new pledge comes as part of the party's 2026 manifesto which will aim to fund addiction-prevention and support services.
