Tell us about your new Hubster AI product, where the idea came from and what it offers operators on your platform?
A while ago, while assisting clients with platform-related questions, we noticed that a significant amount of time was spent repeatedly explaining the same things. Most of these questions were about the general logic of how the platform works.
A challenge we were dealing with was the time zone difference between the Vegangster team and our operator clients, which sometimes delayed issue resolution. Our goal was to ensure that operators could receive clear, actionable explanations in their native language instantly. If an operator asks a technical question, it usually means they are working on that task at that very moment and trying to understand how to solve it. Ideally, they should receive the answer immediately.
This led us to the idea of creating a bot that could address these needs. With Hubster AI, operators can now ask questions about platform setup in their native language at any time and receive an instant response. The answer includes detailed instructions, video guides, and supporting information. Operators can also leave feedback if something was unclear or needs improvement. I personally monitor this feedback to continuously refine and improve the bot’s responses.
How do you hope Hubster AI will contribute to the evolution of simplistic platform setup for operators going forward?
I see Hubster AI as a tool that can fundamentally change the way operators interact with the platform by shifting the focus from manual configuration to intuitive guidance.
In the future, AI will handle many complex technical processes behind the scenes, allowing operators to launch and configure their brands using simple text commands.

What are the key challenges you can name in getting a product like this from conception to full operational capacity?
The biggest challenge for me has been creating very detailed documentation that covers as many scenarios as possible. The bot needs to understand the connections between documents and the overall logic of the platform, in order to provide clear, step-by-step answers.
At the same time, it is important to maintain that balance at all times. The guidance must be understandable not only for the bot but also for the person on the other end asking the question.
This is not a simple task, so I focus on providing clear step-by-step instructions and adding video content that shows both the front end and how to configure it through the Vegangster back office.
What can you tell us about any further plans for this product or any others looking ahead?
At this stage, my goal is to move toward eliminating the need for traditional onboarding sessions. Operators are often expected to absorb a large amount of information in just a few hours, but in reality it is very difficult to retain that much information in a single session.
I want operators of any experience level to be able to configure the sections they need in the Vegangster back office from scratch, working together with the Hubster AI bot at a time that suits them and receiving answers instantly.
Speed is everything in iGaming. How is Hubster AI replacing the traditional friction of ticket-based support with a seamless conversational environment that allows operators to solve complex tasks instantly?
Instead of searching for the right settings across endless menus, submitting multiple tickets, and trying to understand how the platform works in order to solve a problem, operators can simply talk to the bot.
