Fast Track’s starting point was data. The company built a real-time platform for operators running several brands and channels in regulated markets. Player accounts, payments, casino, sportsbook, bonuses and campaigns feed one live picture.
“The working environment was built for purpose, and together with real-time data, it made a huge difference,” said Simon Lidzén, Co-founder and CEO of Fast Track.
Headquartered in Malta, with offices in Barcelona, Sweden and the US, Fast Track has built every product since on that live data.
From personalisation to agentic CRM
In 2021, Fast Track put that data to work on personalisation, with a clear ambition: treat every player as an individual, even when an operator has millions of them.
That ambition became Singularity, the AI model built into the platform. It reads each player’s behaviour, from the games they prefer to the time of day they’re most likely to engage, and uses it to decide which offer they get, when it lands and through which channel. Every journey adapts to the player automatically, so CRM teams can spend their time on strategy instead of mapping routes by hand.
Greco, Fast Track’s gameplay intelligence engine, began with two specialist models. One predicted player value. The other caught bonus abuse. Together, they showed operators which players were worth investing in and which were gaming their promotions. That proved so valuable that Greco has grown into a product in its own right. It turns raw gameplay into insight that shapes everything from who gets a bonus to how generous it should be.
Rewards puts that intelligence in front of the player. It’s a gamification and promotions engine built on the same data, bringing together challenges, mini-games like Wheel and Pick & Win, levels, virtual currencies, a shop and promotional calendars. Because it knows how each player plays, operators can go beyond the standard deposit bonus and offer something that fits: a wheel spin for one player, a wagering challenge for another, a step up a loyalty level for a third. Rewards are delivered through the CRM, so each one lands at the right moment in the player’s journey.
Then, in 2025, came Fast Track AI, iGaming’s first agentic CRM. Most users have stopped clicking through the platform to build campaigns. They tell the agent what they want, and it analyses the data, builds the campaign and launches it. CRM teams set the direction; the agent does the legwork.
Fast Track AI goes wherever the team goes. A native mobile app brings the same capabilities to their phone, so a campaign can be checked, adjusted or launched from anywhere. With agent-to-agent support, other AI agents in an operator’s business can ask Fast Track AI for context directly, so Fast Track’s player intelligence feeds the rest of the operator’s AI stack.
True Value and sustainable growth
The newest addition, True Value, looks at a number most operators rely on. Player value models are usually built on gross gaming revenue, and GGR follows luck: a big win can push a valuable player out of the model, and a bad run can put one in the wrong tier.
“GGR tells you what the money did. True Value tells you what the play was worth,” said Ed Dickerson, Director of Product at Fast Track.
True Value takes luck out of the calculation, using the games played, their return to player and volatility, the stakes and any bonus terms, and updates after every completed session. Operators swap it in for GGR or NGR in their value model. Fast Track says the result is a clearer view of under-served and over-bonused players, a read on affiliate quality after a player’s first session rather than weeks later, and bonuses structured for a better return.
The company frames this as sustainable growth. Lidzén said the aim is to help operators “truly understand where value is created and make informed decisions about where to invest.”
Fast Track says a report on the True Value pilot with operators will be published soon. As for what comes next, Lidzén said the promise to partners stays the same: “We promise every single partner that we will always build what’s next.”
