Key Points
October casino net revenue reached KRW62.526bn, up 24.1% year-over-year and 115.4% from September
Table sales rose 134.6% month-on-month to KRW60.352bn as table drop increased 37.7% from September
Casino revenue for January to October reached KRW455.555bn, up 18.5% year-over-year

Lotte Tour Development's Jeju Dream Tower casino reported preliminary consolidated net revenue of KRW62.526bn (US$46.8m) for October, up 24.1% year-over-year and 115.4% from September.

The operator disclosed the figures on November 2, following a September in which casino revenue had fallen sharply despite high visitor numbers.

The foreigner-only casino operates within a resort that also houses the Grand Hyatt Jeju hotel, retail outlets and restaurants.

Table games accounted for KRW60.352bn of the October total. That was 24.9% higher than a year earlier and 134.6% above September.

Machine revenue reached KRW2.174bn, an annual increase of 5.5%, although it fell 34.3% from the previous month. The contrast indicates that table play drove the monthly recovery.

Table drop, the amount customers exchanged for chips, rose 37.7% from September and 27.5% year-over-year to KRW327.416bn.

Lotte Tour Development's reported casino revenue is a net figure after deductions including commissions paid to agents, so it should not be treated as gross gaming revenue.

Visitor numbers changed little between the two months. Korean press reports citing the operator put October casino visitors at 66,254, compared with 66,393 in September.

The table hold rate rose from 10.8% to 18.4% over the same period, helping explain why revenue more than doubled while admissions were broadly flat.

For January to October, casino net revenue totaled KRW455.555bn, up 18.5% from the comparable 2025 period. Table games generated KRW432.695bn of that sum and machines KRW22.86bn.

The ten-month figure is close to the KRW476.6bn in casino sales Jeju Dream Tower recorded for the whole of 2025, showing how much of last year's total has already been matched.

The filing also reports October consolidated hotel revenue of KRW6.714bn, up 6.7% month-on-month but down 9.2% year-over-year. It does not provide monthly EBITDA or net income.

Jeju's approved winter flight schedule includes 486 international flights a week, up from 349 a year earlier, though any effect on future casino revenue remains uncertain.

The October recovery follows September's 45.1% year-over-year decline in Jeju Dream Tower casino revenue, when weaker table sales pulled the monthly total to about KRW29.1bn.
