Allie Frank joins as Director of Compliance Operations as Brightstar continues reshaping its lottery business after its split from IGT.
The Danish Gambling Authority has published its 2025 report detailing enforcement action against illegal gambling operators.
The acquisition gives the German lottery operator control of 7days Performance, Redline Competitions and UK Carp Competitions.
The supplier expects H1 adjusted EBITDA of more than €155m, with US growth and Latin American exposure offsetting UK tax pressure.
Financial regulator also require banks to strengthen due diligence against illegal gambling networks.
The new partnership will look to expand Past the Wire’s coverage beyond horse racing and into sports wagering, prediction markets, video programming, technology and data-driven analysis.
The prediction markets operator originally filed for a preliminary injunction against the NYSGC in October 2025, part of an attempt to continue offering sports event contracts to residents.
Ostrow has served as Managing Director of the Social Gaming Leadership Alliance since October 2025 and will now replace Jeff Duncan in the Executive Director position.
