SCCG Management has announced an extension of its partnership with Golden Whale Productions, reinforcing a joint focus on deploying artificial intelligence and machine learning to improve operational performance.
The renewed agreement builds on an existing collaboration aimed at helping operators move beyond traditional CRM systems and static rule-based decisioning.
Through the partnership, SCCG will continue to support Golden Whale’s commercial expansion across the Americas and other global markets, while promoting the adoption of predictive, data-driven optimisation tools.
Golden Whale’s technology is designed to integrate with an operator’s existing infrastructure – including PAM, CRM, data warehouses and marketing systems – without requiring platform replacement.
Central to the platform are Golden Whale’s ‘Foundation’ optimisation modules and its ‘Loops’ machine learning system, which adapts based on player behaviour and campaign outcomes.
The stated objective is to improve retention, monetisation and bonus efficiency while supporting long-term player value.

The announcement follows Golden Whale's recent partnership with Bragg Gaming Group, which will integrate the AI technology into Bragg's PAM platform as part of the operator's strategy to become an "AI-first" company by 2027.
Golden Whale’s optimisation tools are designed to deploy without replacing an operator’s existing PAM or CRM systems
