Bragg Gaming Group has announced a new partnership with Golden Whale Productions as part of its longer-term plan to become an "AI-first" iGaming technology provider by 2027.
The collaboration will see Bragg integrate Golden Whale's machine learning and predictive modelling technology into its Player Account Management (PAM) platform, enhancing data-driven decision-making across its operations.
Under the agreement, Bragg will deploy Golden Whale's proprietary AI models, branded as 'Foundation,' to strengthen the predictive intelligence layer of its platform.
The technology is designed to support more accurate forecasting of player behaviour, including revenue potential over short, medium and long-term periods, as well as identifying churn risk at various stages of the player lifecycle. These insights are intended to enable earlier and more targeted engagement and retention strategies.
The partnership is positioned as a foundational step in the development of what Bragg describes as its "AI Brain" - a centralised intelligence engine intended to support automation, personalised incentives and more efficient operational workflows across the company's ecosystem.
Bragg has stated that all current and future platform customers will be able to access AI-powered predictive intelligence through proof-of-concept deployments, allowing partners to assess the value of the technology within live environments.
Commenting on the move, Matevz Mazij, CEO at Bragg, stated: "Partnering with Golden Whale is a major step forward in our strategy to maximize the value of our player base. As we move to reinforce Bragg's roots and provide long-term business stability, this partnership allows us to further leverage technology efficiencies through the greater proliferation of artificial intelligence.
"By fuelling the exploitation of AI-led technologies, we are creating opportunities to reduce costs and foster greater improvements to our operational leverage, ensuring excellence across the business."
Eberhard Dürrschmid, CEO of Golden Whale Productions, added: "We are thrilled to work with Bragg on this ambitious project to set a new industry standard. Our AI-driven tools are designed to solve the most complex challenges in iGaming, and maximizing player retention is paramount for platform sustainability.
"Our joint commitment to enhance player value ensures we will deploy the most powerful, accurate and cost-effective predictive models available, setting a new standard in how operators can understand and engage with their players."
The announcement follows recent expansion activity for Bragg, including the launch of its proprietary content with Blaze in Brazil, partnerships with 711 Group in Belgium and a content distribution agreement with Brazino777 across Latin American markets.
