Swiss Casinos launches ReelLink technology across its land-based estate
Platform enables certified online games to run on existing slot machines
System is approved in Switzerland and certified by BMM Testlabs

Swiss Casinos has introduced ReelLink, a new software-driven platform designed to bring online casino game content directly onto land-based slot machines within a fully regulated environment.

The technology is already live on the casino floor in Switzerland, where regulatory requirements for land-based gaming are among the strictest globally.

ReelLink allows operators to deploy approved iGaming content onto existing machines without hardware changes, while maintaining full compliance with local regulations and integration with casino management systems.

According to Swiss Casinos, ReelLink has been engineered specifically for regulated markets from inception. The platform has been tested and certified by BMM Testlabs for secure land-based operation and system integrity.

Swiss Casinos Technology AG also holds ISO 27001 certification for information security and ISO 14001 certification for environmental management.

ReelLink integrates directly with a casino’s existing CMS, supporting player tracking, accounting, compliance reporting and standard peripherals such as ticket-in ticket-out systems, bill validators and cabinet lighting.

Content updates can be deployed remotely through a central portal, while diagnostic tools are available to floor staff directly at the machine, with all activity logged for audit and traceability purposes.

The company said the software-led approach provides operators with the flexibility associated with online gaming, while preserving the security and economic model of the physical casino floor.

It also reportedly enables a more unified player journey by aligning on-property and online gameplay, which Swiss Casinos said can support loyalty and longer-term player engagement.

Deborah Conte Santoro, Managing Director of ReelLink, said: “As the largest multi-channel casino operator in Switzerland, we invest heavily in delivering a seamless and compelling omni-channel experience for our players.”

Conte Santoro added: “For the first time, land-based casinos can introduce new content without delay, allowing us to respond to ever-changing player preferences while keeping our casino floors fresh.”

Marcel Tobler, CEO of Swiss Casinos AG, said: “ReelLink is a truly revolutionary product and we are delighted to be rolling it out across land-based casino operators worldwide.”

The launch reflects broader efforts by Swiss operators to modernise land-based offerings while remaining within a tightly controlled regulatory framework.

In October 2025, game supplier Reevo entered Switzerland’s regulated online market through a partnership with Grand Casino Bern and its digital platform 7Melons.ch, highlighting continued investment in compliant omni-channel gaming across the country.
