Soccabet has gone live with QTech Games’ retail solution, QTech Hybrid, across its nationwide retail network in Ghana following a new technical integration between the two companies. Already this year, QTech Games has added the 1Spin4Win catalogue to its aggregation platform.
QTech Hybrid is a software platform designed to support betting operations that combine land-based and online play. It connects QTech Games’ casino lobby with a retail management system and an integrated Agent Management System, allowing operators to oversee outlets, agents and player activity within a single environment.
For customers, the system allows gameplay and account access either in retail locations or on personal devices, with the ability to move between channels using the same account. Deposits and withdrawals can be completed in-store or digitally.
The platform operates on standard computers and tablets rather than dedicated terminals, which can reduce hardware requirements for retail locations. It is intended for use in venues such as shops, kiosks and hospitality settings.
The integration comes as DraftKings partners with Mindway AI to integrate the Gamalyze tool into its Responsible Gaming Center, while Yggdrasil expands its presence in the Balkans by taking its slot portfolio live with Bulgarian operator bet.bg.
Ekaterina Mayorova, QTech Games’ Head of Region for Africa, stated: “It’s an honour to have been chosen by a brand as respected and recognisable as Soccabet to scale their retail operations across Ghana and also join them up with their significant online presence.”
Imad Hawwach, Soccabet MDt, added: “Soccabet is dedicated to corralling the best of market-leading technology and aligning it with the best of Ghanaian culture.”
QTech Hybrid supports cash and digital transactions and can be deployed in mixed-use retail venues
