Seneca Resorts & Casinos has unveiled a new mobile application for guests, offering the chance to check point balances, view current promotions and special offers and book stays at Seneca Resorts & Casinos properties within a single platform. 

“Our new SENECA mobile app offers a new level of engagement with our guests,” Seneca Resorts & Casinos CMO Cynthia Liu said. 

“With one tap, they can unlock all of the fantastic rewards, experiences and amenities they love at Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino in a matter of minutes right from their mobile device.”

The operator currently oversees three gaming establishments in New York, including Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino, Seneca Allegany Resort & Casino and Seneca Buffalo Creek Casino.

Seneca Resorts & Casinos combine to offer more than 5,100 slots and over 125 table games, as well as over 1,000 rooms and suites. 

“Delivering outstanding service to every guest at every property has always been our focus, and our new app is built with that in mind,” Seneca Resorts & Casinos President and CEO Kevin Nephew said. 

“Our Marketing and IT teams did an amazing job creating a resource to help our guests elevate their experience and make every visit to our properties more convenient and even more exciting.”

Guests of Seneca Resorts & Casinos properties will also be able to explore dining specials at each establishment and maintain updates on upcoming live entertainment performances among other functionalities. 

Those who have created a Social Club by Seneca loyalty account will have linking access to their accounts through the mobile app as well.
