German casino operator Spielbank Bad Neuenahr GmbH & Co. KG has partnered with Novomatic for the rollout of the supplier’s casino management solutions at three of its land-based locations.
Indeed, one of these locations – Ring Casino – is situated at the finish line of the iconic race circuit, the Nürburgring. This location will be the first to implement Novomatic’s Novovision CMS system as part of its recent modernisation campaign. The initial introduction of this technology will apply to all 62 gaming terminals at the casino location and revolves around a player registration model which provides enhanced personalisation and exclusion features – among other things.
Following the introduction of Novovision at Ring casino Nürburgring, Spielbank Bad Neuenahr’s additional two casinos in Bad Dürkheim and in Bad Neuenahr will also see the introduction of this technology during this year’s first quarter.
Speaking on this latest development, Marcin Kozlowski, Head of Product Development & Market Coordination NBS, said: “Being able to supply Spielbank Bad Neuenahr, a long-standing Novomatic customer, with our CMS as the core of its casino operations is further confirmation of our excellent business relationship. I would like to take this opportunity to thank the management for the trust they have placed in us and the teams for their excellent cooperation both in the run-up to and during the implementation.”
For Novomatic, this latest deal falls in the wake of the progression of the supplier’s ongoing Ainsworth takeover consolidation process last month which saw Novomatic’s stake in the latter rise to 65.13%.
Also speaking on this newly brokered arrangement was Thomas Salinger, Technical Director of Gaming at Spielbank Bad Neuenahr GmbH & Co. KG, who stated: “The successful introduction of Novovision at the Spielbank in Nürburg represents a first major and important milestone in the system implementation in our gaming venues. This powerful casino management solution, with its diverse system functionalities, enables us to meet the ever-growing regulatory requirements efficiently and in a future-proof manner. We look forward to continuing the joint implementation in our casinos with our long-standing business partner Novomatic.”
