PhilWeb Corporation has entered into a strategic partnership with Hann Casino to support the operation and management of the casino’s regulated online gaming platform in the Philippines. The agreement is intended to bolster technical capabilities and strengthen the platform’s compliance framework.
Under the arrangement, PhilWeb will provide a range of operational and technical services, drawing on its long-standing experience in the Philippine gaming sector. The company’s remit includes enhancing system performance, ensuring smooth platform operations and helping support adherence to applicable regulatory requirements.
Hann Casino will continue to oversee its regulated online gaming business, maintaining responsibility for governance, responsible gaming standards and fulfilment of all regulatory obligations. PhilWeb’s contribution is expected to complement these duties by reinforcing operational efficiency and bringing additional technical expertise.
Hann Casino Resort, owned and operated by Hann Philippines Inc, spans 11 hectares in Clark and is the first fully integrated resort in Central Luzon. The property features a grand casino with 274 table games and 1,721 gaming machines as well as more than 800 luxury hotel rooms managed by Swissôtel Clark and Clark Marriott.
Both parties indicated that the partnership is designed to support the continued development of Hann’s regulated online gaming operations while aligning with industry standards and regulatory expectations. Further updates will be provided as required under market disclosure rules.
