Dima Reiderman named Chief Commercial Officer at RubyPlay
Appointment supports global growth strategy and regulated market expansion
Role focuses on scaling operator partnerships and studio-based distribution

RubyPlay has appointed Dima Reiderman as its new CCO, strengthening its senior leadership team as the supplier advances its global growth plans and expands its footprint across regulated markets.

Reiderman brings more than a decade of senior leadership experience across iGaming and sports betting, having held executive roles at a number of international suppliers and operators.

His appointment comes as RubyPlay continues to develop its studio-based content ecosystem, a model designed to bring multiple market-focused studios together under a shared technology, infrastructure and distribution framework.

During a seven-year tenure at Aspire Global, Reiderman held several senior positions, including CCO, where he was involved in operational transformation and commercial execution as the business expanded through strategic acquisitions.

He later served as Managing Director at sportsbook provider BtoBet, before taking on the role of Managing Director of iGaming and Sports at Aristocrat Interactive following its acquisition of BtoBet.

In his new role, Reiderman will oversee RubyPlay’s global commercial strategy, with a focus on scaling operator partnerships across additional regulated jurisdictions.

His remit also includes aligning commercial execution with the company’s studio-led structure, supporting distribution optimisation and strengthening long-term relationships with licensed operators.

Reiderman said: “RubyPlay has set clear objectives for its next phase of expansion, and delivering on those priorities will require focus, pace and a strong operational framework.”

Reiderman added: “My intention is to scale the business responsibly, strengthen its competitive edge, and position RubyPlay as the long-term partner of choice for operators.”

Tsachi Maimon, RubyPlay CEO, said: “Dima brings deep operational leadership and commercial discipline that are critical to RubyPlay’s growth trajectory.”

Maimon added: “Having worked closely with him for many years, I know his ability to scale teams, partnerships and performance across regulated markets.”

Earlier this month, Soft2Bet appointed Andrew Cochrane as CCO as it sharpened its commercial focus ahead of 2026. Cochrane joined from Gaming Innovation Group, with prior roles at DraftKings and SBTech, and the hire followed Soft2Bet’s first public financial update in November 2025, which reported an 88% year-on-year increase in Q3 revenue and a 96% rise in EBITDA.
