New releases include Jeepney Go and Cash Cash Fiesta with more titles coming

Bloomberry Resorts Corp., operator of Solaire Resort Entertainment City, has launched a new suite of culturally themed digital games under its MegaFunalo platform as it seeks to strengthen its presence in the local online gaming market. The move, reported by Manila Bulletin, comes amid tighter oversight of offshore gaming operators and rising demand for regulated domestic alternatives.

The Gioco Arcade collection introduces titles built around distinctly Filipino imagery and gameplay, a strategy intended to appeal to users who want entertainment that reflects local culture rather than international templates. Bloomberry said the approach forms part of its broader plan to create secure, homegrown content that resonates with national identity while upholding the regulatory standards set by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corp.

Two flagship titles led the debut. Jeepney Go draws inspiration from the country’s iconic public transport vehicles and features fast-paced mechanics designed for casual players. Cash Cash Fiesta uses imagery associated with provincial festivals to deliver a colourful experience that blends familiar visuals with modern game design. Cyrus Sherafat, Executive Vice President and Head of Gaming at MegaFunalo, said the initiative aims to bridge high-tech digital entertainment with traditional Filipino sensibilities.

Bloomberry plans to expand the Gioco Arcade portfolio with upcoming releases including Tuktuk Gold and Slice n Go. The operator views the rollout not only as a product launch but also as a strategic branding effort to position MegaFunalo as a champion of local creativity in the regulated gaming space.

The operator said that focusing on culturally resonant themes supports its goal of offering a safe, compliant alternative to unregulated grey market platforms while pursuing long-term growth in the digital sector.
