AskGamblers Casino Complaint Service (AGCCS) reported that it helped players recover more than $1.67m in disputed funds during the fourth quarter of 2025, continuing its role as a consumer-facing dispute resolution channel.
According to figures released by AskGamblers, the service recovered a total of $1,677,858 between 1 October and 31 December 2025.
During the quarter, AGCCS received 3,460 complaints from players worldwide. Of these, 1,252 complaints were processed, with 815 cases successfully resolved. The resolved complaints involved 983 online casinos, sportsbooks and affiliates, benefiting a total of 2,484 users.
AskGamblers noted that the final quarter of the year is typically quieter in terms of player activity, but said the service maintained consistent performance across markets.
Sports betting complaints were highlighted as a notable growth area during 2025. Funds recovered from sports betting-related disputes increased steadily throughout the year, rising from $568 in Q1 to $88,953 in Q2, before reaching a quarterly high of $105,112 in Q4.
Commenting on the results, Dijana Radunović, General Manager at AskGamblers, stated: "Q4 tends to be a quieter period, but what matters to us is consistency and trust. Recovering over $1.6m for players during this quarter shows that our team remains fully committed, regardless of volume.
“Seeing betting complaints reach their strongest quarter yet and the affiliate segment peak tells us we're moving in the right direction – staying focused on fairness and standing by players when it matters most."
The service has now recovered over $79m since launching in 2009.
AskGamblers raised a record €135,000 ($160,000) for Serbian healthcare charities during its September 2025 Charity Month campaign, supporting organizations working with multiple sclerosis patients and those with rare diseases
