The Gaming Control Authority of Lithuania has blacklisted four more URLs operated by Galaktika NV, a Curaçao-based company operating globally under a Curaçao licence.
Gambling law in Lithuania requires an operator offering online gambling in the country to hold a licence specifically issued by the gaming regulator under the authority of the Ministry of Finance.
After investigations, the Control Authority has found the four sites to be breaching this law and therefore it has requested that Lithuanian internet service providers block them.
The blacklist of URLs now moves up to 1,923 domains with the additions of flagmancasino22.com, flagmancasino30.com, flagmancasino32.com and flagman-casino7.com.
The decision was made in a Regional Administrative Court on 15 October, at which point all of these sites were deemed illegal operations.
It is not the first time Galaktika N.V has fallen foul of Lithuanian gambling law, with the new domains clearly acting as mirror sites for an online casino that has already been blacklisted in the country.
In July 2025, four Flagman casinos were blocked under similar names.
Over in Sweden, the country's gaming authority, Spelinspektionen found that Galaktika NV, with 'Drop.casino,' had been both unlawfully accessible in the nation, but had been running marketing campaigns clearly targeted at Swedish players.
On that occasion, the company claimed that it targets Europe as a whole and does not intentionally angle at Sweden, while its marketing is purchased through third parties.
Clearly, this does not absolve the operator of responsibility for where its product is available.
The Control Authority has said that it "strongly recommends all online gambling operators to review all their activities related to remote gambling in the Republic of Lithuania and take actions to ensure that such services are not available for Lithuanian customers."
Earlier in October, the Control Authority was active again, thought that time it was handing out punishment for land-based infractions.
Nese Group was fined €6,000 ($6,966) after an unscheduled inspection of a casino in Vilnius found unregulated gambling taking place without the proper inventory checks.
Gaming Law in the Republic of Lithuania has been revamped in recent years with the last update coming at the end of 2023
