Aristocrat Leisure has announced its acquisition of Gaming Analytics, a US-based developer of AI-powered optimization and engagement tools for land-based casino operators. The purchase price was not disclosed.

Gaming Analytics specializes in real-time player analytics, slot performance optimization and automated marketing tools designed to operate in parallel with existing casino management systems. Its technology is positioned as a scalable and intuitive solution that enables operators to engage players more precisely, analyze behavior patterns and act on live data to enhance both operational performance and customer experience.

Aristocrat said the acquisition will significantly expand its platform operations capabilities, particularly in the area of real-time data collection and personalized player engagement. The deal supports the company’s broader strategy to strengthen its land-based systems offering and deliver integrated solutions that blend content, technology and data-driven insight.

As part of the transition, Gaming Analytics CEO Kiran Brahmandam and the company’s team of more than 30 employees have joined Aristocrat. Brahmandam has taken up the newly created role of Managing Director, Gaming Analytics within the organization. Aristocrat confirmed that Gaming Analytics will continue supporting existing customers and maintaining its current suite of solutions.

The company noted that the acquisition aligns with its mission to broaden technological depth across its operating segments.

Aristocrat said the addition of Gaming Analytics will provide operators with improved decision-making tools and richer operational insight, supporting long-term innovation across its technology-led portfolio.
