Both companies believe the synergy will help with market demand and customer retention

Catena Media and MetaBet have expanded their collaboration to cover new avenues.

Under the new deal, Catena Media will refer potential customers looking for sports betting widgets, odds feeds and fan engagement tools directly to MetaBet.

In return, MetaBet will route customers from its network to Catena Media for any sub-affiliate or performance marketing solution needs.

Specifically, MetaBet will recommend people to Catena Media’s recently launched marketplace, MRKTPLAYS.

Pierre Cadena, Catena Media COO, added: “MetaBet has proven to be one of the most forward-thinking technology providers in the sports betting ecosystem.

“By expanding our collaboration, we’re creating a two-way value exchange – pairing MetaBet’s real-time engagement technology with our best-in-class MRKTPLAYS platform to drive stronger conversion, retention, and long-term partner growth.”

On its website, MRKTPLAYS explains that it connects creators with operators in the gambling industry, unlocking opportunities for growth and success on both sides.

Dan Recht, MetaBet VP of Sales, said: “Our work with Catena has consistently delivered strong results and we’re excited to deepen our partnership.

“Both teams have a proven track record of helping performance-driven partners grow through engaging, real-time products. This next phase reinforces our shared focus on building smarter acquisition funnels and more effective engagement experiences for sportsbook audiences.”

MetaBet currently generates over seven million product impressions daily via integrations with 40 partnerships with sports media, sportsbook operators, performance marketers, betting publishers and other verticals.

In its most recent Q3 report, Catena Media recorded a 9% increase in revenue year-on-year, totalling €11.6m ($13.8m).

Manuel Stan, CEO, said that these improvements were primarily due to the business diversifying its revenue streams and improving organic search metrics.
