EveryMatrix receives manufacturer’s licence in South Africa
Turnkey platform authorised across multiple verticals
African launches expected in coming months

EveryMatrix has obtained a manufacturer’s licence from the Western Cape Gambling and Racing Board, allowing the supplier to provide its turnkey platform technology to operators in South Africa.

Through the licence, EveryMatrix South Africa (EMSA) can deliver a full suite of modular products, including sportsbook, casino, player account management (PAM), payments and affiliate management services to locally licensed operators.

The supplier said the approval supports its expansion strategy across the African continent, where it has signed agreements with several regional brands and expects additional launches in the near term.

Access to the market has also been supported by the acquisition of FSB Technology, which broadened its reach across multiple regulated and developing jurisdictions in the region.

Mark Schmidt, Managing Director, Africa, EveryMatrix, said: “Bringing our full suite of turnkey platform products into South Africa under our new licence is enabling us to power some of the biggest brands here.”

Schmidt added: “In the coming weeks and months, we’ll be announcing some major deals.”

EveryMatrix has increasingly targeted regulated markets globally, positioning its modular platform for use by both commercial operators and lottery organisations.

The supplier has also expanded its regional leadership structure in recent months, including appointing Matias Montero as Managing Director for Latin America and strengthening distribution partnerships across multiple territories.

Earlier this month, EveryMatrix entered a content aggregation partnership with betOcean, part of Ocean Casino Resort, to power its online casino offering in New Jersey.

The integration, including regulatory approval, was completed in under four months and provided access to more than 45,000 titles from over 360 studios via the CasinoEngine platform. The supplier has also signed agreements with Enjoy and Cevro AI in recent months.
