Wynn Resorts has formed a global partnership with Chef’s Table to launch new culinary events and a redesigned dining option for Wynn Las Vegas this fall, currently scheduled to run from September 17-19.

The first phase of the global partnership will see Chef’s Table reconstruct Wynn Las Vegas’ Revelry tasting restaurant into Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table in September, part of a multi-year collaboration between the two entities.

"Revelry is all about pushing culinary boundaries in ways that are bold and immersive. Partnering with Chef's Table allows us to elevate that vision even further, as their commitment to innovation and craftsmanship aligns perfectly with ours," Wynn Resorts North America COO Brian Gullbrants said.

"Together, we're building a partnership that elevates the resort dining category, driving new opportunities for growth and creating experiences our guests won't find anywhere else."

Wynn Las Vegas’ culinary events will begin with an icons dinner on September 17, an exclusive event featuring a multi-course tasting menu created by well-known chefs from around the world.

On September 18, the operator will host a chef and celebrity cookoff where culinary experts will be paired with a celebrity “foodie” to recreate one of the chef’s most recognized dishes. Wynn Las Vegas has also planned a culinary and celebrity golf tournament for September 18, hosted from the resort’s Wynn Golf Club.

Chef’s Table Projects President Justin Connor also spoke on the partnership, having said, "We're thrilled to partner with Wynn to bring our signature storytelling to life through their incredible portfolio of properties.

"Wynn Revelry by Chef's Table marks the first chapter of this exciting collaboration. Together we will push the boundaries of culinary innovation through bold new projects that offer exclusive experiences and original content with the world's best chefs."

Wynn Resorts stated additional information regarding Wynn Revelry by Chef’s Table will be released within the coming weeks, while further programming for Wynn Las Vegas’ culinary events will be added prior to September.
