The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has reported the state’s total gaming revenue for January 2026, as retail and online operators produced $590.6m during the monthly period, equating to growth of 11.6%. 

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course generated the highest revenue of any Pennsylvania gaming establishment for January 2026, reporting an increase of 20.2% to $111.5m. The property was followed by Valley Forge Casino Resort which grew revenue 8.2% for a total of $105.8m. 

Rivers Casino Philadelphia and Parx Casino were the only other properties to eclipse the $50m revenue mark, increasing 11.6% and 6.6%, respectively, to $57.2m and $54.5m during January 2026. Hollywood Casino at the Meadows reported an increase in gaming revenue of 32.1% to $37m, while Harrah’s Philadelphia produced $25.7m and rose 26.9%. 

Rivers Casino Pittsburgh witnessed a decrease in January 2026 gaming revenue of 3.9% to $27.9m, along with Live! Casino Philadelphia which fell 4.4% to $23.9m. 

iGaming slot activity generated the most revenue of any gaming type currently available in Pennsylvania, with the total rising 22.8% to $194.8m. Retail slots were a close runner-up to its online counterpart, producing $189.1m of revenue and increasing 0.7%. 

Retail table games and sports wagering accounted for $75.8m and $71.4m of Pennsylvania’s January 2026 gaming revenue, respectively, equating to growth of 2.8% and 38.6%. iGaming table game revenue reached nearly $52m during January 2026 and increased by 6.2% from the prior year period. 

Video gaming terminals produced $3.2m of gaming revenue for January 2026 and rose 0.6%, while iGaming poker and fantasy contests reported respective decreases of 3.6% and 29.9% for totals of $2.5m and $1.9m. 

Sports wagering revenue witnessed an increase year-over-year for January 2026 despite Pennsylvania’s total handle falling 10.4% to $782.4m. Valley Forge Casino Resort generated $27.7m of the state’s total sports wagering revenue for January 2026 but decreased 3.9%, while Hollywood Casino at the Meadows followed with $22.7m of revenue and rose 51.3%. 

Parx Casino reported a 2.5% decrease in retail slot machine revenue but still managed to produce the highest figure of any Pennsylvania property with $29.2m, trailed by Wind Creek Bethlehem which reported $21.1m and fell 0.7%. 

Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course led the way in iGaming revenue after producing $96.2m and increasing 20.7%, beating out Valley Forge Casino Resort which grew revenue by 16.6% to $67.2m. 

Both DraftKings and FanDuel reported decreases for its Pennsylvania fantasy contest revenue during January 2026, falling by 19.6% and 16.5%, respectively, for totals of $1.2m and $329,326.
