Betshield has appointed Amilton Noble as Advisory Partner, reinforcing its strategic leadership at a time when Brazil’s regulated betting market faces growing operational and legal expectations.
The move comes as judicial decisions increasingly examine not only whether operators have formal responsible gaming policies in place, but whether they can demonstrate continuous monitoring and preventive action in cases of risky player behavior.
Noble brings more than 30 years of experience across gaming, lotteries and iGaming, with a background in regulated market structuring, governance and strategic development.
In his new role, he will contribute to institutional positioning and support the consolidation of more structured operational practices within licensed betting environments.
“The maturity of the market lies in the ability to demonstrate diligence,” Noble said.
“It is no longer simply about holding a license, but about operational responsibility. Operators will need to present evidence of monitoring and preventive action. Technology becomes part of protecting the company itself.”
Betshield has positioned its offering beyond standalone responsible gaming functionality, structuring what it calls a permanent Trust & Protection layer between operator, regulator and user.
According to founder and CEO Thiago Iusim, the company’s approach integrates continuous monitoring, documentation and demonstrable compliance capacity.
“Amilton's arrival reinforces this structure and helps us bring this model into our operations,” states Iusim.
Betshield’s platform conducts ongoing behavioral monitoring, identifies risk patterns and records preventive interventions across the user lifecycle. The company has also incorporated an anti-money laundering module, expanding its compliance scope beyond player behavior.
