Alinea, a well-known restaurant currently helmed by Chef Grant Achatz, will launch an exclusive residency at the Bellagio Resort & Casino in Las Vegas this spring, with Achatz set to be on hand to work with the property’s culinary team.
"Las Vegas has always been willing to think big and take risks. There is a real history here of chefs, operators and teams pushing hospitality forward, not just in scale but in creativity and craft,” Achatz said.
“Bellagio understands how to create experiences that feel both bold and thoughtful, and that makes the resort a meaningful place for us to share what Alinea has been building for the past twenty years."
The exclusive culinary residency will run from April 16 to May 31 and is part of Alinea’s 20th anniversary tour, having previously sold-out events in New York, Florida, California, Japan and Big Sky prior to its stop in Las Vegas.
Achatz also addressed what the tour represents for Alinea, having said, "This tour has served as a love letter to the entire restaurant and hospitality industry.
“We are grateful for the opportunities and relationships that have shaped us, and we have enjoyed sharing our gratitude with the broader community that continues to inspire us."
According to MGM Resorts International, which currently operates Bellagio Resort & Casino, Achatz’s work has “consistently explored how food can create emotion, challenge expectations and leave a lasting impression beyond the meal itself.”
The residency will take place at the Michael Mina dining room inside Bellagio Resort & Casino, located near the property’s Conservatory and Botanical Gardens.
