SCCG will lead global sales and business development for ClevaQ technology
Platform integrates POS, property management and loyalty systems
New feature enables players to order food and beverage directly from gaming machines

SCCG Management has entered into a strategic partnership with ClevaQ aimed at expanding the reach of the hospitality technology supplier's integrated ordering platform across gaming and other operations worldwide.

Under the agreement, SCCG will support global sales distribution, enterprise introductions and strategic business development for ClevaQ, targeting commercial casinos, tribal gaming operators, integrated resorts and hospitality groups.

ClevaQ’s platform connects a venue’s point-of-sale (POS), property management systems (PMS) and loyalty programs into a single ordering ecosystem. The company says the technology allows venues to modernize guest ordering and engagement without replacing existing infrastructure.

A central component of the platform is ClevaQ Bridge, a system that enables players to order food and beverage directly from electronic gaming machines using the touchscreen interface.

Orders can include both paid and complimentary items and are integrated with the venue’s loyalty program, allowing players to earn and redeem benefits while gaming.

Transactions are processed through the venue’s existing POS and property management systems, with data synchronized across platforms to provide operators with a unified view of guest activity and spending.

Stephen Crystal, Founder and CEO of SCCG Management, said: “The gaming and hospitality industries are rapidly evolving toward integrated, guest-first models."

ClevaQ Founder and Managing Director Paul Pisani added: “Our goal is to unify POS, loyalty, property management and on-premise communications into a single digital journey that enhances the guest experience while preserving prior investments.”
