Neosurf has appointed Laura Moore to a permanent position as its Chief Strategy & Operations Officer after several months of consulting for the business.
In this new position, Moore will be responsible for creating key partnerships and M&A opportunities, all while leading the core corporate strategy and expanding the business into new markets.
Moore will also be expected to re-engineer several Neosurf processes over the coming months, including global settlements and treasury functions.

Moore has over a decade of experience in the technology sector.
She was previously the Head of Infotainment and Group Technology at Vodafone and Global Technology Director at Sky.
Lift as we Climb, a company dedicated to advancing women in technology, was also founded by Moore in 2024 with support from industry giants like Sky, Vodafone, IBM, and RedHat.
