Brazil’s Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA), Brazil’s regulator, has authorized a new operator to enter the country’s market.
According to an ordinance published in the Official Gazette, Nosso Time iGaming has received authorization to operate fixed-odds sports betting and online games in Brazil.
The license allows the company to operate under the brand Joga Junto through the domain jogajunto.bet.br. The authorization is valid until 8 March 2031.
The ordinance, signed by acting Secretary of Prizes and Betting Daniele Correa Cardoso, confirms that the operator will be able to offer both sports-themed betting and online gaming through a virtual platform.
Nosso Time iGaming was founded in May 2025 and is headquartered in São Paulo. According to Brazil’s Federal Revenue records, the company’s primary business activity is the operation of gambling and betting services.
The authorization adds to the growing list of operators approved under Brazil’s regulated betting framework established by Laws 13.756/2018 and 14.790/2023.
Currently, Brazil’s regulated sports betting and online gaming market includes 84 authorized companies holding 87 operational licenses.
Of these, 84 licenses were granted through the standard regulatory process, while 3 were issued following federal court decisions.
Together, these operators run 192 different brands in the Brazilian market.
Brazil’s licensing process has attracted significant industry interest since the country formalized its regulatory structure.
Earlier reports indicated that the surge of operators seeking approval created a backlog of license applications at the Ministry of Finance as companies rushed to secure positions in one of the world’s largest emerging betting markets.
More than 326,000 Brazilians have already registered on SPA’s betting self-exclusion platform
