Yaamava’ Resort & Casino at San Manuel has formed a new partnership with Giancarlo Bar Consulting to launch a reimagined cocktail program, coinciding with the property’s 40th anniversary celebration.
Founded by bartender Giancarlo Mancino, the consulting organization helped form an “inventive” cocktail menu which combines modern mixology with the San Manuel property’s Collection 86 spirits.
"By drawing from the depth of Collection 86 and pairing it with contemporary technique, we've created a cocktail experience that feels timeless, immersive and deeply connected to Yaamava' Resort & Casino's identity," Mancino said.
"It's been a privilege to help shape a program that celebrates both legacy and innovation during such a meaningful year for the resort."
Yaamava’ Resort & Casino’s new cocktail program will debut at The Pines Modern Steakhouse and includes The 86 Collection, a rotating selection of California wines and reinterpretations of well-known steakhouse cocktails.
GM Kenji Hall also spoke on Yaamava’ Resort & Casino’s new cocktail program, having said, "Our goal is always to surprise and delight our guests in meaningful ways, especially as we celebrate our 40th anniversary.
"By pairing Collection 86 with Giancarlo's global perspective, we've created a cocktail experience that invites discovery, celebrates flavor and tells a story worthy of this milestone year."
The program is also set to be made available at the property’s Lobby Bar and Y Lounge, while guests of Yaamava’ Resort & Casino had the opportunity to attend a mixology event with Giacomo Giannotti of Paradiso.
On March 9, American Gaming Systems (AGS) launched its Ultra Werewolf slot family with a two-day world premiere event at Yaamava’ Resort & Casino.
AGS partnered with the San Manuel Entertainment Authority to stage the debut, which included appearances from filmmaker Kevin Smith and actor Jason Mewes in character as Jay and Silent Bob.
The event continued with an unveiling attended by representatives from AGS and Yaamava’ Resort & Casino, followed by a slot pull for Club Serrano members.
