The UFC will return to Galaxy Arena in Macau for a showdown between Song Yadong and Deiveson Figueiredo.

This marks the start of the new multi-year partnership agreement signed between the UFC and Galaxy Macau, and will facilitate three UFC Fight Night events at the Galaxy Arena between 2026 and 2029.

As part of the event, Galaxy Macau will host a ‘Fight Week’, during which fans can expect themed experiences throughout the resort, UFC guest athlete appearances and additional fan activation opportunities.

Opening rounds will be held on 28 and 29 May, before the UFC Fight Night scheduled for 30 May.

On Fight Night, prelims will begin at 4pm China Standard Time (CST), with the main card starting at 7pm CST.

The other main event will feature Zhang Mingyang going up against Zlonzo Menifield.

Leading up to the event and during opening rounds, the Galaxy Arena will host the ‘Road to UFC’ event.

This is a ‘win and advance’ tournament that gives MMA athletes the chance to fight their way into the UFC.

There will be a range of VIP Experience packages for customers, including premium seating, in-venue hospitality with UFC guest athlete appearances and more.

Presale tickets are limited to four per transaction and will have staggered launches across different groups, with UFC Fight Club Members and Galaxy Members getting first access on 14 April.

The general public tickets will go on sale on 17 April.

Galaxy Entertainment Group, the operator behind Galaxy Macau, recently hosted a forum that highlighted its efforts in advancing the region's "1+4” economic diversification strategy.

This includes creating new cultural and tourism opportunites.
