Maryland Lottery and Gaming has reported the state’s total casino revenue for March 2026, as gaming establishments combined to generate $168.1m during the monthly period, equating to a decrease of 2.3%.
Contributions to the Education Trust Fund fell 2.9% to nearly $72.4m during March 2026, while gaming contributions also support the communities and jurisdictions in which the casinos are located, Maryland’s horse racing industry and small, minority- and women-owned businesses.
MGM National Harbor was the only Maryland gaming establishment to witness an increase in revenue from the prior year period, rising 2.4% for a total of $72.1m to lead all properties.

Live! Casino & Hotel generated the second highest revenue of any Maryland property with just over $60m, but fell 5.9%. Horseshoe Casino Baltimore and Hollywood Casino Perryville reported March 2026 revenues of $16.2m and $7.6m, respectively, equating to decreases of 6.2% and 8%.
Ocean Downs Casino managed to produce just over $7.7m of gaming revenue during the monthly period, but reported a decrease of 2.1%. Rocky Gap Casino generated $4.5m for March 2026 and witnessed a revenue fall of 1.3%.
Slot machine revenue in Maryland decreased 3.5% for a total of $117.6m, while total table game revenue came out to $50.5m, representing an increase of 0.5%.
Maryland Lottery and Gaming also reported the state’s sports betting activity for February 2026 on March 10, as operators witnessed a 13.2% decrease in revenue to $36.7m.
Mobile sports wagering accounted for $36.2m of the state’s total sports betting revenue during February 2026, equating to a decrease of 13.5%, while retail sports betting revenue increased 9.1% to $530,547.
