SCCG Management has entered into a new partnership with augmented reality platform Playphoria, with the two companies aiming to develop AR-powered prediction market experiences for sports and gaming audiences.
Under the agreement, SCCG will support Playphoria’s business development, go-to-market strategy and global sales distribution across gaming, sports, entertainment and venue-based sectors.
The partnership is focused on helping expand Playphoria’s platform through SCCG’s network of operators, sports organisations and technology partners.
Playphoria has developed a patent-pending augmented reality interface designed to deliver real-time prediction market and wagering experiences through smart eyewear and connected digital devices.
The platform enables users to view predictive market overlays, dynamic odds and event-based betting opportunities directly within their field of vision while attending live sporting events.
The technology has been built to integrate with regulated exchanges, prediction market operators, sportsbooks, sports teams, venues and smart eyewear providers.
According to the companies, the platform is intended to enhance fan engagement by allowing users to participate in predictive markets without diverting attention from live action.
Playphoria’s phased growth strategy includes launching pilot activations in selected stadiums before pursuing broader integrations with sportsbook and prediction market partners. The business model aims to generate revenue through several channels, including wagering revenue share, subscriptions, licensing, sponsorships and advertising.
The partnership is the latest in a series of agreements for SCCG Management. Earlier this week, the company partnered with the American Football League Europe to help build a betting and fan engagement ecosystem ahead of its inaugural season, while recent deals with Tribal Nations Token and other technology providers highlight SCCG’s continued expansion across emerging gaming verticals.
Playphoria’s platform is designed to support gesture, voice and companion-device controls, allowing users to interact with prediction markets hands-free during live events
