The New York State Gaming Commission has reported the state’s commercial gaming and online sports betting activity for March 2026, as retail properties generated $62m of revenue during the monthly period, equating to growth of 1.8%.
Revenue from slot machines and electronic table games (ETGs) increased 3.5% for a total of $46.4m during March, while table game revenue decreased 2.5% to $14.4m. Retail sports betting and poker combined to produce nearly $1.7m of New York’s total retail gaming revenue for March.
Rivers Casino & Resort led all commercial gaming properties with $20.3m of revenue for March 2026 and increased 3.5%, while del Lago Resort & Casino grew revenue 5.9% year-over-year to nearly $16m.

Resorts World Catskills and Tioga Downs Casino generated March 2026 revenues of $15.1m and $10.7m, respectively, equating to a decrease of 4.5% and an increase of 2.2%.
Mobile sports betting operators in New York reported $217.3m of revenue during March 2026, representing an increase of 34.3% from the prior year period. The state’s total online sports betting handle decreased 4.6%, however, to just over $2.3bn.
FanDuel accounted for $87.4m of New York’s gross gaming revenue (GGR) for online sports betting – the most of any mobile operator – and increased 47.1%.

Caesars Sportsbook and BetMGM reported March 2026 GGRs of $14.2m and $11.7m, respectively, representing increases of 40.4% and 6.2%.
Rush Street Interactive generated just over $4.9m of online sports betting GGR in New York during March 2026, equating to growth of 72.3%. Bally Bet and theScore Bet accounted for $1.7m and $4.1m of New York’s online sports betting GGR for March 2026, respectively, increasing 553.8% and 3.8% year-over-year.
In early March, the New York State Gaming Commission confirmed the state’s compliance and acceptance of March as Problem Gambling Awareness Month, including efforts to address gambling-related harms which were backed by Governor Kathy Hochul.
The awareness campaign was coordinated through the Responsible Play Partnership, a collaboration consisting of the New York State Office of Addiction Services and Supports (OASAS), the State Gaming Commission and the New York Council on Problem Gambling.
