High Roller Technologies has formed a definitive agreement with Crypto.com and Derivatives North America to introduce an event-based prediction markets offering in the US, acting as an Introducing Broker registered under the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).
While initial plans will only include a US rollout, the operator confirmed international opportunities could “further expand the addressable market potential for High Roller.”
High Roller is set to offer event contracts provided by CDNA, including trading on finance, entertainment and sports markets.
"High Roller brings a premium brand, strong online expertise and an established customer-facing platform to this opportunity," Crypto.com Co-Founder and CEO Kris Marszalek said.
“Together, we believe we can expand access to regulated event contracts in the US through a differentiated and highly scalable offering."
The operator will collaborate with Crypto.com’s CFTC-registered futures commission merchant, while the agreement also establishes Crypto.com and its affiliates as providers of prediction contracts for High Roller’s US distribution channels.
High Roller CEO Seth Young also spoke on the new agreement, having said, "We're thrilled to have reached a definitive agreement to enter the prediction markets space with Crypto.com.
“Over the last few months, we have been working towards preparing our product and other logistics for this transformative opportunity and today marks a significant milestone in that journey. We believe this partnership gives us a strong starting position in a market with meaningful long-term potential, and we're confident in our ability to deliver."
The operator originally provided a shareholder update detailing its planned expansion into regulated US prediction markets on January 27, alongside financing activity and a series of partnership initiatives intended to support growth in 2026.
High Roller had entered into a binding letter of intent with CDNA earlier in January 2026, beginning preparations to launch the event-based prediction markets offering across the US.
High Roller appointed Andrew Walter as its new Chief Legal and Compliance Officer on March 6, providing experience in legislative strategy, compliance initiatives and responsible gaming activations
