Receba.bet.br receives SPA/MF License No. 251 and opens new office
Operator is part of Grupo Aposta Ganha and positions itself within regulated market

Receba.bet.br has confirmed that it has been officially authorized to operate in Brazil after securing License No. 251 from the Secretariat of Prizes and Betting (SPA) under the Ministry of Finance.

The operator described the approval as a milestone for its operations, reinforcing its commitment to regulatory compliance, user safety and responsible gaming practices.

The license allows Receba to operate within Brazil’s regulated betting framework, which has introduced stricter requirements around transparency, consumer protection and operational standards.

Alongside the regulatory approval, the company also announced the opening of a new office, positioning the move as part of its efforts to strengthen internal operations and support long-term growth.

Receba operates as part of Grupo Aposta Ganha and framed the expansion as a step towards building a more structured and scalable presence in the market.

The announcement comes at a time of heightened competition in Brazil’s regulated betting sector, with at least 25 operators awaiting approval from Brazil’s regulator, the SPA, by the start of the year as they seek to enter the market, reflecting strong demand following the formalization of the regulatory framework.

The scale of the opportunity has driven this influx. The national market generated approximately BR36bn ($6.7bn) in gross revenue in 2025 and is estimated to have between 25 and 30 million active bettors, representing around 12% of the population.

“We continue working to raise the standard of the sector in Brazil,” stated the operator.
