Palasino Holdings Limited has announced changes to its senior leadership, including the resignation of its Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary, effective April 24, 2026.

Law Kwok Tai has stepped down from his positions as Chief Financial Officer, Company Secretary, Authorized Representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules and Process Agent for service of process in Hong Kong. Law confirmed that he has no disagreement with the board and that there are no other matters requiring the attention of shareholders or the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in connection with his departure.

Following his resignation, the board appointed Wong Oi Wai to assume all four roles, effective the same date. Wong meets the professional qualification requirements under Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules.

Wong brings extensive financial leadership experience across property, real estate and multinational sectors. Prior to joining the group, she served as General Manager of the Accounts Department at Sino Group and Financial Controller (Hong Kong) at K. Wah International Holdings Limited. She also held various managerial roles at the Hong Kong Housing Society and previously worked in telecommunications-focused multinational corporations in Hong Kong and Canada.

She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from McGill University in Canada, with concentrations in Accounting and Management Information Systems. Wong is a non-practicing member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a qualified member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and a Fellow of the Chartered Management Accountant designation, as well as a Chartered Global Management Accountant.

The board expressed its appreciation for Law’s contributions during his tenure and welcomed Wong to her new appointments.
