ArenaPlus, a PAGCOR-licensed online sportsbook operated by DigiPlus Interactive Corp, has agreed a multiyear collaboration with the NBA to become the league’s first official betting partner in the Philippines.
The agreement gives ArenaPlus access to NBA marks across its online gaming platforms, alongside local activations and exposure across the NBA’s Philippine social and digital channels.
The partnership is focused on one of the NBA’s strongest international fan markets. The league said its games and programming are available in 214 countries and territories, while its social media platforms have more than 2.5 billion likes and followers globally.
ArenaPlus will also run NBA-themed free-to-play promotions, including its Playoffs MVP: Battle for the Most Valuable Predictor contest, which lets users submit picks for the 2026 NBA Playoffs.
The deal comes as online gaming continues to expand in the Philippines, where PAGCOR has pointed to electronic gaming as a key driver of sector growth following the country’s offshore gaming crackdown.
Reuters reported that Philippine gambling revenue reached record levels in 2024, with e-gaming expected to support further growth.
DigiPlus has been one of the main beneficiaries of that shift. The group operates ArenaPlus, BingoPlus and GameZone, while ArenaPlus has positioned itself around sports betting and live sports engagement since launching in 2023.
NBA Head of International Gaming and Data Distribution, Kuljeet Sindhar, said: “Sport continues to be a driving force in the Philippines’ rapidly evolving digital entertainment landscape.”
The agreement also includes responsible gambling and integrity commitments. Those areas have become more prominent in the Philippines as licensed operators seek to distinguish domestic online platforms from illegal and offshore gambling activity.
Last week, DigiPlus connected ArenaPlus to Sportradar Integrity Exchange, allowing the sportsbook to share real-time information used to identify irregular betting patterns and support match-fixing prevention.
ArenaPlus launched in 2023 and has built its sportsbook offer around local and international leagues, including the NBA, PBA and PVL
