Belle Corporation reported consolidated net income of PHP 524m for the three months ended March 31 2026, up 13% from PHP 462m in the same period last year, driven by stronger performance across its gaming and property businesses.
Total revenues for the first quarter reached PHP 1.42bn, representing a 9% increase from PHP 1.3bn in the comparable 2025 period.
The company’s share in gaming revenues from City of Dreams Manila, through subsidiary Premium Leisure Corp.’s wholly owned PremiumLeisure and Amusement, Inc., rose 12% to PHP 486m, compared with PHP 433m a year earlier. Revenue from the land and building lease of City of Dreams Manila remained stable at PHP 588m.
Belle also posted notable gains from its real estate operations in Tagaytay Highlands, where revenues climbed 57% to PHP 143m from PHP 91m in the first quarter of 2025. Distribution utility revenues at the estate increased 18% to PHP 72m from PHP 61m over the same period.
Pacific Online Systems Corporation, which is 50.1%-owned by Premium Leisure Corp., reported steady revenues of PHP 129m for the quarter.
In March, City of Dreams Manila launched Dream Rewards, a lifestyle membership program offering dining, accommodation and leisure benefits across the integrated resort. Members receive discounts at properties including Nuwa Manila, Nobu Hotel Manila and Hyatt Regency Manila, as well as at selected restaurants and entertainment venues.
Belle Corporation develops resort, gaming and leisure properties in the Philippines, including City of Dreams Manila and Tagaytay Highlands. Its Entertainment City integrated resort is leased on a long-term basis to Melco Resorts and Entertainment (Philippines) Corporation.
