Scientific Games has extended its partnership with the Ohio Lottery, as for the next 10 years it will bring its scratch-off games to players in the state. Scientific Games will act as the primary instant scratch game provider and portfolio manager for the lottery during this time.
The Ohio Lottery is notable for being one of the first to utilize Scientific Games' SciQ ecosystem, which allows lottery operators to manage instant games from the stores. In the case of the Ohio Lottery, the SciQ system is installed in over 800 retail locations, with player-facing digital boards for a modern scratch-off game experience.
Ohio Lottery games are also able to utilize Scientific Games' Enhanced Partnership instant game category management program.
