Daily Racing Form (DRF) has signed a multi-year print distribution agreement with American Wagering and Boyd Gaming Corporation.
The deal establishes DRF as the exclusive provider of past performances and print horseracing publications for several land-based casino and racebook locations.
As per the agreement with American Wagering, DRF will provide publications to a network of Las Vegas properties, including Caesars Palace, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Planet Hollywood.
With Boyd Gaming, DRF will also distribute its publications across several Las Vegas properties, such as Gold Coast, Orleans, and Sam’s Town.
DRF is a subsidiary of Affinity Interactive, which itself is part of the Apex Hospitality platform backed by Z Capital Group.
This will significantly expand DRF’s retail footprint in the US and supports Apex Hospitality’s strategy to boost customer engagement levels across its omnichannel offerings.
James Zenni, ZCG Founder, President, and CEO, said: “These agreements reinforce Daily Racing Form’s leadership position in the racing ecosystem.
“As demand for high-quality data and insights continues to grow, DRF’s ability to deliver trusted, actionable information at scale, across both print and digital channels, remains a key differentiator.
“We are pleased to support the continued expansion of its distribution network and its role at the center of the racing experience.”
Last December, DRF signed a partnership with Churchill Downs Incorporated to provide racing publications across its properties.
This will continue across the Kentucky Oaks and Kentucky Derby, which are both due to take place later this month.
In Boyd Gaming's recent Q1 2026 earnings report, the company revealed that its Downtown Las Vegas operations fell 4.1% to $54.9m, with plans to improve this area in the coming year.
The DRF was established in 1894 in Chicago as a statistical service for horseracing punters
