ESPN has signed a deal to make DraftKings the exclusive Official Sportsbook and Odds Provider of the brand.
The deal will be effective from December 1 2025, the same day that ESPN's deal with Penn Entertainment is due to terminate.
DraftKings will be able to integrate its entertainment products exclusively across the ESPN ecosystem, including DraftKings' sportsbook, daily fantasy and Pick6 platforms.
DraftKings will also power the betting tab on the ESPN app and provide special promotions for customers of ESPN Unlimited.
Jimmy Pitaro, ESPN Chairman, said: "Our betting approach has focused on offering an integrated experience within our products.
"Working with DraftKings, a leader in the space, will allow us to build upon that foundation, continue to super-serve passionate sports fans and grow our ESPN direct-to-consumer business. We are excited about this new collaboration with DraftKings.
Jason Robins, DraftKings CEO and Co-Founder, said: "ESPN's unmatched visibility across the world of sports make this collaboration a natural fit.
"As an innovative leader in digital sports entertainment, DraftKings is uniquely positioned to integrate our technology and products with ESPN's iconic brand and storytelling power.
"Together, we're delivering a seamless, engaging, and responsible experience that elevates how fans connect with live sports."
ESPN has shown no mercy jumping from Penn to DraftKings after just two years.
The end result is an ever-increasing duopoly, even if DraftKings now has another bow in its quiver to challenge market leader FanDuel.
DraftKings operates in 28 states, Washington DC and Canada, with more than 10 million customers across its products
