SCCG Management has appointed Ivo Dimitrov as its new VP of Strategy and Operations, where he will begin focusing on strategic advisory, go-to-market execution and partnership development, as well as oversee the implementation of Operational AI for advisory practices.

Dimitrov previously served as Senior Sportsbook Operations Manager for Pragmatic Play Sports, having built operational readiness processes, managed a portfolio of third-party vendor relationships and drove measurable commercial impact.
The executive also spent over six years in product and operations leadership roles with Sportradar, where he led product launches across multiple jurisdictions and channels.

In related personnel news, SCCG Management appointed Advisory Board member Michael Silberling as the organization’s new Chairman on April 16, providing strategic guidance and support for partnership development and long-term growth initiatives.
Silberling currently serves as CEO of Metropolitan Gaming, overseeing strategic portfolio optimization, international market focus and brand repositioning initiatives.
