Seneca Resorts & Casinos has appointed Hicham Jaddoud as its new SVP of Resort Operations, where he is set to develop and lead the implementation of hospitality strategy across all three of the operator’s New York properties.
Jaddoud originally joined Seneca Resorts & Casinos in September 2025 as Executive Director of Hotel Operations at its Seneca Niagara Resort & Casino property.
Addressing his new role with the operator, Jaddoud said: “Our team members embrace a strong commitment to service standards and a shared focus on the guest experience at each of our properties.
“We want the resort experience to begin the moment our guests arrive and continue with them throughout each area of the property, whether they are enjoying a round of golf, rejuvenating with a spa treatment, staying overnight in the hotel or immersing themselves in the excitement of the gaming floor or live entertainment.”
As SVP of Resort Operations, Jaddoud will also work with Seneca Resorts & Casinos leadership across several areas to ensure guest service standards align with the operator’s brand and accomplish strategic objectives.

Jaddoud has also held management roles across casino resorts in Washington, Colorado, Wisconsin, New York, Alabama and Missouri.
His appointment follows the hiring of Jim Domzalski as Seneca Resorts & Casinos new Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel on March 30, where he began to oversee all legal functions and provide counsel for the operator’s Board of Directors, senior leadership and operational teams.
Earlier in March, Seneca Resorts & Casinos made four new appointments to its corporate leadership team, part of the operator’s Centers of Excellence organizational model.
