Google Finance is being revamped with a number of new AI tools

Google is incorporating Kalshi and Polymarket data into a revamped Google Finance tool.

The addition of this function is one of a number of AI-powered changes being made to the app and website.

Users can now ask detailed questions about the stock markets and Deep Search will compile, compare and reason data from across the internet to present a detailed answer.

It will also now present you with the current opinions, where available, as canvassed through Polymarket and Kalshi users.

For instance: "Just ask something like 'What will GDP growth be for 2025?' directly from the search box to see current probabilities in the market and how they've changed over time." Google's announcement explains.

Each major company's integration or partnership with a prediction market accelerates the overall legitimization of the sector, and recently, each one has seemed more dramatic and significant than the last.

First, it was the shock of one of the 'Big Four' US sports competitions, in the National Hockey League, partnering with Kalshi and Polymarket and lending the operators' controversial sports contracts establishment credibility.

Then, Truth Social, the President's very own social media website, announced it would be hosting Crypto.com's contracts.

Google's parent company, Alphabet, is the third largest tech company in the world by revenue - when people talk about prediction markets becoming too big to fail, it is this kind of validation that they mean.

Google has announced that the new prediction market features will be rolled out in coming weeks.
