Casino Club has reopened its restaurant in Trelew, in Argentina's Patagonian province of Chubut, after a four-year closure, introducing a concept the chain describes as multisensorial.
The opening also aims at repositioning the venue as a dining and entertainment destination for the Chubut Valley region.
Gustavo Martín, Marketing Head at Casino Club, said: "We're very happy. After four years of waiting, we were able to create this place. It's a new offer for people in the Valley, with new gastronomic offerings and a beautiful wine cellar where customers can choose their wines and live the whole pairing experience."
The defining feature of the modernized space is an open wine cellar, described by the company as something previously unavailable within the Casino Club chain in the region, where patrons can walk in, personally select a bottle, and receive specialized advice on food and wine combinations.
The selection ranges from everyday labels to premium vintages, stored at varietal-appropriate temperatures and equipped with decanting technology.
The space also incorporates a new poker room as part of a wider renovation the company has been carrying out at the property.
On the entertainment side, management made a deliberate choice to position live performances as an ambient backdrop rather than the focal point, with programming for May including jazz and bossa nova acts at moderate volume. The reopening forms part of Casino Club’s strategy to expand its non-gaming entertainment and hospitality offering in Patagonia.
Beyond Trelew, Casino Club operates gaming properties across Argentina, including venues in Comodoro Rivadavia, Puerto Madryn, Caleta Olivia and Río Gallegos, with a strong presence in Patagonia
